This full day training will provide all the tools needed to bring the Medal of Honor Character Development Program into your classroom.  The flexible, cross-curricular resource, which uses the Oral Histories of Medal of Honor Recipients, focuses on how students can use these examples of courage, commitment, sacrifice, integrity, citizenship and patriotism to influence change in their own communities.

Middle and high school teachers, counselors, coaches, or administrators are invited to attend.  Participants will enjoy a complimentary breakfast and lunch, receive a resource kit, participate in model lessons and learn best practices for their classrooms.

Registration and breakfast will be held from 8:00-8:30 AM. The workshop will begin at 8:30 AM and conclude at 3:00 PM.  There is no cost for attendance.

Because of our maximum capacity of 100, we will limit registration initially to one person from each FDRESA high school AND one person from each FDRESA middle school.  After March 15, unused spaces will be opened so that others who wish to attend may do so.
