Workshop Highlights

- College Board  support for preparing your students for AP and college-level work
- Vertical Curriculum Alignment that provides your students conceptual understandings of  the content area
- Rich instructional strategies that develop and assess students’ understandings of key concepts and develop problem-solving and reasoning skills

High Schools may register TEAMS made up of the following teachers: 
1 Science, 1 Mathematics,
1 English, 1 Social Studies
The DOE covers the tuition costs for the workshop. Lunch for participants will be provided free of charge.  Team transportation costs will not be covered by the DOE or FDRESA.
Register a team from your high school!
Each team member will attend ONE
content appropriate workshop.

September 27:  Strategies in Science:  Creating a Learner-Centered Classroom
September 28:  Topics for AP Vertical Teams in Mathematics
September 29:  Topics for AP Vertical Teams in English
September 30:  AP Vertical Teams in History and the Social Sciences

9 a. m. - 4 p. m.  Lunch is provided.

Registration will be limited to the first thirty high schools that register complete teams. 

 A team is made up of four teachers, one from each of four content areas: science, mathematics, English, social studies. The teacher will attend the workshop that is applicable to his/her own content area.
