The Holocaust Learning Trunk Project

The Holocaust Learning Trunk Project makes educational materials available to middle school educators in Georgia. These trunks provide supplemental materials for units on about World War II, the Holocaust, genocide and positive character development.

The Georgia Commission on the Holocaust distributes Holocaust Learning Trunks throughout the state of Georgia. The trunks are housed by RESAs (Regional Service Educational Agencies), school districts and/or schools.

Educators from Savannah-Chatham County Schools have trunks available in their district.  All other First District RESA schools should contact Sandi Thompson (sthompson@fdresa.org) to make arrangements.
