Sponsorship Information

 

• Logo and brand exposure on all conference materials, including our official website, promotional content, and event signage.​

• Opportunities to address attendees during select breakout sessions. (limited availability).​

• Exhibit space to showcase your organization's initiatives and engage directly with conference participants.

 

Exhibit tables will be centrally located to maximize visibility and engagement. Each partner will receive a logo placement in the program and may bring one additional representative to present. An additional fee of $250.00 per person applies for extra representatives. There will be dedicated networking opportunities on the evening of May 14th and multiple chances to connect with participants throughout the day on May 15th.

The partnership fee is a flat rate of $1000.00.
