Southeast GLRS is a division of First District RESA, which is a part of a network of eighteen sites to provide professional learning and other resources to educators and families of students with disabilities.​

Southeast GLRS serves school systems in District 14. This includes Appling County, Bulloch County, Candler County, Evans County, Jeff-Davis, County Screven County, Tattnall County, Toombs County, Vidalia-City Schools and Wayne County.  In addition Southeast GLRS also serves Cedarwood GNETS Statesboro Center and Lyons Center, Statesboro STEAM and Coastal Plains Charter High School Candler County Campus.
