The Educational Technology Center (ETC) works collaboratively to provide professional learning, consulting and services for Georgia educators to promote the appropriate use of technology in support of teaching, learning and leadership. The Educational Technology Center is a division of First District RESA and serves the school districts within the First District RESA service area.
