Growing Great Teachers Through Effective Partnerships
FDRESA GaTAPP - 2 Cohorts per Fiscal Year
Summer Cohorts begin in July.
Summer cohorts begin with the Essentials of Effective Teaching course.
This course is held for 2 weeks just after the 4th of July holiday.
Winter Cohorts begin in January.
Winter cohorts begin with Orientation.
Orientation is held on 4 evenings just after the New Year's Day holiday.
Winter cohorts must attend the complete Essentials of Effective Teaching course held the following July.
Classes will be held virtually, live, and synchronously.
Attendance is mandatory. Candidates will need a computer with audio and video and Internet access.
Candidates should prepare to devote their full attention to the classes for the entire time and prepare an appropriate place to work in online groups without distractions.
Textbooks are provided for checkout as a part of tuition.
Candidates may attend Essentials as an option prior to securing a teaching position. For details, click the "Essentials Course Only Option" button above.

"Essentials of Effecting Teaching" course
will be held July 12-16 & 19-21.
FDRESA offices are closed on Fridays in June and July and
will be closed July 5-9 for the Fourth of July holiday.
