Candidates explore how educator identity, sociopolitical factors, and cultural diversity impact English learners’ academic and language development.

Candidates develop skills in lesson planning, differentiated instruction, collaborative strategies, and effective integration of digital tools to support language and content learning across disciplines.

This course prepares candidates to apply assessment principles and data-driven decision-making in ESOL contexts.
